Die stellen mir doch tatsächlich eine Rechnung aus für einen Service, den ich nicht bezogen habe. Doch das war nur der Anfang… Nach täglichen Telefonanrufen und Abklärungen kam heute der Höhenpunkt: Persönliche Beleidigungen und Anschuldigungen eines Kundencentermitarbeiter… Gebrochenes Deutsch, fehlende Umgangsformen und eine persönliche Beschuldigung einen Fehler gemacht zu haben, ohne Beweisgrundlage. Oioioi, Herr I., da haben Sie wohl im Unterricht geschlafen als Ihnen das OR und die geschäftlichen Umgangsformen beigebracht wurden!
